We fell in love with The Bruisyard Country Estate as soon as we visited it. We knew it was the venue for us because the barn was stunning, the grand hall was big enough to accommodate our families and wedding party, and we could make a full weekend out of it.

We chose to get married in March and being the UK, we could have had snow or a bright spring day and we felt the venue would work for whatever we were thrown on the day.

Katie and the team completely took the stress out of the wedding planning (and tidying up!). We enjoyed a few planning meetings at the barn and really enjoyed the wedding breakfast tasting, it was a tough choice as everything was so delicious. The packages at Bruisyard mean there is no need to stress over organising lots of suppliers but you still having the flexibility to make the venue and wedding your own.

We had the best weekend of our lives with our friends and family and we had sunshine for the whole thing! We had a pre-wedding meal with our close family and friends on the Friday in the stunning dining room of Bruisyard Hall, the most memorable wedding on the Saturday in the barn which ran so smoothly thanks to the Bruisyard team, and a beautiful walk around Bruisyard’s land followed by a mini party on the sun soaked lawn and patio on the Sunday. It was everything we ever dreamed of!
