Your Personal data will be collected at the point of your initial enquiry. This data may include your name, billing address, delivery address, phone number and email address. The personal data will be used for keeping in touch in order to arrange the event service offered to you.

We may process information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our marketing communications and/or newsletters ("communication data"). The communication data may include your name, email address, postal address, phone number or marketing preferences. This communication data may be processed for the purposes of contacting you with service notifications, such as business updates and news about upcoming events. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract for service notifications and legitimate interests for marketing communications. With every marketing communications and/or newsletters there will be an option to unsubscribe from the mailing list. 

Digital marketing data

We may process information that you provide to us for the purpose of improving our digital marketing ("digital marketing data") for example your name and photographs.  We may use digital marketing data in a number of different ways: either for advertising, for social media, such as Facebook or Instagram, or to include in our brochure.  The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, namely providing better services and enhancing our customer base. We will never include your personal data without gaining your consent to do.

Bruisyard Hall will never share your data with any other third parties without asking your permission to do so.

How we store your personal data

We take your data protection very seriously and want to reassure you that we are looking after it. Where your contact details are stored electronically they will be password protected and where they exist as a hard copy they shall be stored securely.  Any information we have on paper file will be stored in a locked cabinet in a secure office.

In accordance with legislation, we will securely store your data for 7 years after the event has taken place or until your consent is removed.

Squarespace and your personal Data

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects personal data when you visit this website, including:

  • Web pages you visited prior to coming to this website
